Mkhuse is doing a steller job at producing perfect moments these days - it is just so amaizingly beautiful and teaming with game - had a long interaction with a black rhino yesterday. On to yesterday's perfect birdng moment - picture this. The light has that golden glow that it gets as it shines through the clouds after a shower of rain. The bush smells of wet dust. The sound is that of a choir of frogs, toads and a large variety of happy birds interspersed with the low grunting bleat that impala use to communicate with their young ones. To top it all there in a low, flat topped acacia right next to the road is a light gold Tawny Eagle in a face of with a Secretary Bird both bathed in the awsome light - my perfect moment for the day.

Need to hold on to that thought I will be stuck in a conference room for most of the day as I am invigilating FGASA exams - hoo boy
